Description
The Cyber Defense Analyst will support the Navy's cybersecurity environment at the Office of Naval Intelligence's Hopper Global Communications Center in Suitland, Maryland. The role monitors and investigates cybersecurity alerts across TS/SCI networks, performs initial technical analysis and incident ticketing, conducts threat hunting and wireless security scans, correlates security events, prepares situational awareness briefings, and supports cyber defense exercises. Candidates need an active TS/SCI clearance, substantial experience in cybersecurity monitoring, incident response, and the Certified Network Defender discipline, along with relevant technical, scripting, and certification requirements.
