Description

HARMAN is hiring a Cyber Incident Response Leader in Łódź, Poland, to serve as the primary authority for enterprise cyber incident response. The individual contributor role reports to the Director of Cybersecurity Operations and leads incident triage, investigation, containment, eradication, recovery, post-incident reviews, tabletop exercises, metrics, and coordination with technical, legal, privacy, compliance, and business stakeholders. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least five years of cybersecurity or incident-response experience, and strong incident-response, forensics, threat-analysis, and stakeholder-management skills. It follows a hybrid model with three days per week in the Łódź office and offers an annual gross base salary of zł 225,400–zł 354,200.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, incident response, digital forensics, or related disciplines
Experience leading complex cybersecurity investigations and coordinating enterprise incident response activities
Experience with incident response frameworks, security operations processes, and cyber crisis management
Experience developing incident response playbooks, operational procedures, and security governance standards
Experience supporting incident response activities within global enterprise environments
Preferred Qualifications: GIAC Certified Incident Handler, GCFA, GCFE, or similar incident response and forensics certifications
CISSP, CISM, or equivalent cybersecurity certification
Knowledge of digital forensics, malware analysis, and threat hunting methodologies
Experience leading cyber crisis exercises and executive tabletop simulations
Familiarity with regulatory, privacy, and breach notification requirements across multiple jurisdictions
