Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
Required Previous Experiences: 6+ years of professional experience in DevSecOps, Application Security, Secure SDLC, Cloud Security, cybersecurity engineering, or cybersecurity consulting
At least 3 years of progressively responsible experience directly managing teams and overseeing staffing, performance management, resource allocation, and budget or financial oversight
3+ years of experience leading DevSecOps, Application Security, Secure SDLC, or Secure-by-Design projects or workstreams
2+ years of experience performing DevSecOps or Secure SDLC assessments, operating model design, security transformation roadmap development, or implementation oversight
2+ years of experience with CI/CD and Application Security technologies, including at least three of the listed security capabilities
2+ years of experience translating cybersecurity policies, standards, or regulatory requirements into technical security controls, engineering requirements, or SDLC workflows
Experience applying at least two cybersecurity frameworks or standards to at least one client or enterprise security program
1+ year of experience with cloud or cloud-native security across a major cloud platform or Kubernetes and container technologies
1+ year of experience using security governance, workflow, ticketing, or automation platforms
Experience leading at least one geographically distributed, onsite/offshore, or cross-functional project or workstream
Experience serving as a client or business stakeholder contact on at least two cybersecurity or technology projects
Experience contributing to at least two business development activities
Preferred Qualifications: 1+ year of experience with AI-enabled cybersecurity, Generative AI security, AI-assisted vulnerability management or remediation, or Agentic AI security automation
Experience implementing or evaluating at least one AI-assisted security use case
Experience with at least two software supply chain security capabilities
Experience with OWASP SAMM, BSIMM, NIST SSDF, SLSA, or comparable software security maturity frameworks
At least one relevant cybersecurity or cloud certification
2+ years of consulting or professional services experience
Experience with at least one analytics or reporting platform
Experience supporting security requirements associated with at least one regulatory or compliance framework
