ASI Government is seeking a senior Cyber Manpower and Workforce Analysis Subject Matter Expert to support the Department of Defense Cyber Defense Command for a six-month engagement. The role will establish an independent, defensible workforce baseline by cataloging missions, functions, and tasks; defining workload drivers; building workload-to-FTE models; assessing current and future manpower gaps; and recommending military, civilian, and contractor workforce mixes. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least eight years of relevant Department of Defense experience, direct DoD manpower-study experience, quantitative workforce-modeling expertise, and an active Department of Defense Secret clearance.
