RSM is hiring a Cyber Operations Analyst within its Client Experience Office to improve operational excellence across Cyber Solution Sets. The role focuses on standardizing processes, maintaining service catalogs and project records, developing metrics and reports, analyzing engagement and risk data, supporting project closure, and coordinating with leaders, Operations, Finance, and Vendor & Technology teams. Candidates need experience in operations, analytics, project coordination, or business support; intermediate Excel skills; strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, analytical ability, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and exposure to consulting, project management frameworks, global teams, dashboards, or cybersecurity concepts are preferred.
