The role requires an active Top Secret/SCI clearance, a bachelor's degree, 5-10 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of cybersecurity principles, information assurance, Risk Management Framework, NIST guidance, cyber policy development, and cyber readiness reporting. Preferred qualifications include security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CASP+, or Security+ and experience in National Guard cyber, Cyber Protection Team, or DoD cyber operations contexts.
