Description

The Cyber Security Architect will guide the design and implementation of secure solutions and services across business and IT support areas, driving the successful configuration and implementation of security solutions to mitigate risks. The role involves supporting internal and external teams to define and develop secure architectures for projects and business solutions, conducting discovery sessions, and ensuring sustained compliance, remediation of control gaps, and escalation of critical issues. Additionally, the architect will identify areas for process improvement and define cost-reduction strategies related to compliance.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, cybersecurity project management, and cybersecurity architecture.
Strong experience in cybersecurity or technology project management and budgeting.
Strong experience working with business and technology cross-functional teams.
Strong experience in coordinating and managing work performed by internal and external team resources.
Strong experience in one or more information security (NIST CSF) and privacy domains.
Strong experience in process improvement and re-engineering.
Preferred Qualifications: Excellent oral and written communication and ability to engage with senior stakeholders across the enterprise.
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
