Minimax GmbH is hiring a Cyber Security Engineer in Bad Oldesloe to handle third-level critical security incidents, analyze alerts from IT and future OT monitoring, coordinate remediation, evaluate security reports, and improve security platforms. The role also covers vulnerability and risk management, OT security, Claroty integration, technical assessments of new production systems, and the development of IT security standards and Security-by-Design solutions. Candidates need IT-focused vocational training or a degree, several years of IT security and complex incident-handling experience, practical experience with SIEM, vulnerability management, and EDR/XDR tools, and excellent German and English skills.
