Description
Synopsys is hiring a distributed Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead a cybersecurity team supporting Ansys Government Initiatives. The role oversees security operations, vulnerability management, incident response, compliance support, and the implementation of SIEM, endpoint protection, cloud security, and vulnerability-scanning technologies. The manager will coordinate with engineering, legal, compliance, and business stakeholders to implement CMMC Level 2 and other regulatory controls while reducing cyber risk and improving audit readiness. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least 8 years of cybersecurity experience, and at least 3 years leading cybersecurity or IT security programs; preferred U.S. office locations include Exton, PA; Hillsboro, OR; Austin, TX; Plano, TX; Morrisville, NC; and Sunnyvale, CA.
