Description
Telefónica Tech is hiring a Cyber Security Manager to serve as the operational partner for enterprise customers using managed cyber security services. The role owns service governance, customer success, continual improvement, and major incident coordination across SOC, SIEM, MDR, EDR/XDR, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence services. The manager will lead customer-facing governance meetings, translate security data into business insights, coordinate incident responses, and support service growth and retention.
