Synopsys is hiring a Cyber Security Manager to lead a distributed cybersecurity team supporting Ansys Government Initiatives. The role oversees security operations, vulnerability management, incident response, compliance support, security controls, and risk-reduction programs across enterprise systems, infrastructure, applications, and data. The manager will coordinate with legal, compliance, engineering, and business stakeholders and work from one of several U.S. office locations, with Exton, Pennsylvania preferred. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years of cybersecurity experience, and at least 3 years leading cybersecurity or IT security teams; CMMC Level 2 experience and relevant certifications are preferred. The base salary range is $191,000 to $286,000.
