LaBella is hiring a Cyber Security Operations Analyst for its Program Management Services division, supporting Avangrid Networks from the client’s Rochester office on a hybrid schedule. The role focuses on maintaining secure infrastructure, evaluating and deploying operating system patches, reviewing and remediating vulnerability scans, ensuring system hardening and baseline scanning, monitoring infrastructure assets, developing alert runbooks, producing cybersecurity metrics, coordinating technical reviews, and improving processes. Candidates need a relevant engineering, computer science, or technical degree with 4–10+ years of related experience depending on degree level, plus knowledge of networking, operating systems, server applications, VMware, scripting, reporting, cybersecurity frameworks, and utility or regulatory environments.
