LaBella Associates is hiring a Cyber Analytics and Reporting Analyst for its Program Management Services division at the client’s Rochester office, with five days per week in the office. The role supports the Senior Manager of Third-Party Risk Management by gathering data, maintaining NERC CIP compliance infrastructure, reviewing vendor requests, documenting TPRM processes in OneTrust and Kaseware, compiling compliance metrics, and supporting regulatory compliance and process improvement. Candidates need a master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree with 6+ years, or an associate degree with 8+ years, plus at least 4 years of compliance management experience. The salary range is $85,000 to $110,000, with health and dental insurance and other benefits.
