Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time LCoded Manager for the R3OC Team. The role manages the performance, evaluation, training, time charges, feedback, promotion, and salary actions of team members, while also supporting personnel management activities such as recruiting, hiring, performance appraisals, and career development. The position requires familiarity with Full Spectrum Leadership imperatives, AIMS-R3OC mission-related knowledge and experience, an appropriate degree or equivalent education and experience, and an active TS/SCI/FSP security clearance. The stated full-time salary range is $135,700 to $251,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
