Description

MANTECH is hiring a full-time Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst for its Cyber Threat Operations Center in Lorton, Virginia. The role researches social engineering and cyber-attack campaigns, produces actionable threat intelligence, develops detection methods, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and may require high-priority investigations and on-call work. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years of relevant security experience, current or obtainable DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification, data analysis and scripting experience, MITRE ATT&CK or threat-hunting experience, and an active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. The projected compensation is $141,500 to $236,000, with health insurance and other benefits available.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree
Required Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of experience in security operations, malware analysis, threat intelligence, cyber incident response, or penetration testing
At least 3 years of data analysis and scripting experience
Experience with MITRE ATT&CK, the Cyber Kill Chain, or threat-intelligence and hunting tools
Preferred Qualifications: Cyber threat intelligence experience in cloud environments
CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS, GCIA, GCIH, MITRE ATT&CK, or OSCP certification
Microsoft SC-200 certification
Azure Sentinel, Defender for Cloud, or Microsoft Defender Threat Intelligence experience
CVE tracking and remediation familiarity
