Description
The Cyber Threat Intelligence Support Analyst will support Check Point Infinity External Risk Management’s Services Intelligence teams by monitoring customer environments on the ERM intelligence platform, producing actionable intelligence alerts and reports, investigating cyber attacks and incidents, resolving Tier 1 technical issues, answering customer follow-up requests, and troubleshooting complex systems. The role requires 24/7 availability, fluent English, and experience with WEBINT, OSINT, HUMINT, source verification, data fusion, intelligence analysis, and SaaS platforms.
