Description
Ekco is hiring a Cyber Workflow Analyst for its SecOps Professional Services team to support client workflow automation and SOAR capabilities. The role monitors playbook execution, performs quality assurance on case data, provides feedback to developers, trains users, maintains documentation and metadata, tracks adoption and performance metrics, creates reporting dashboards, and supports audits. Candidates should have SOC or cyber defence analyst experience, familiarity with SOAR or workflow automation platforms, understanding of incident response workflows, scripting or logic comprehension, and strong communication and stakeholder skills.
