Description
Second Front Systems is hiring a Cybersecurity Assessment Engineer to build and operate a secure cloud platform for mission-critical software. The role assesses cloud infrastructure, applications, and containerized environments; reviews vulnerability scan results; supports incident response; maintains security authorization artifacts; monitors security controls; and collaborates with DevOps and software engineering teams. Candidates need 3–5 years of relevant experience, knowledge of DevSecOps, AWS/Azure/GCP, NIST RMF and 800-53 controls, FedRAMP, and DoD security standards, with an approved hiring location and DOD 8570 Baseline Certification attainable within six months. The position is full time, offers work-from-anywhere eligibility, and pays $125,000–$140,000 annually.
