Description
State Street is hiring a Technical Delivery Manager to partner with Cyber Security Operations teams and lead end-to-end planning and delivery across technical workstreams. The role manages cross-functional project milestones, Data & AI workstreams, dependencies, SLAs, KPIs, service reviews, audits, and continuous improvement; serves as the delivery interface among stakeholders, technical leads, engineers, and vendors; and supports sprint, release, transition, change, documentation, adoption, and handover activities. The position requires at least five years of technical delivery, project management, Scrum, or service delivery experience, knowledge of security frameworks, and familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Microsoft Office, SIEM, EDR, and data engineering. It is a hybrid role requiring four days in the office in Quincy or Boston, with a stated annual salary range of $90,000 to $157,500.
