Description
Charles River Associates is hiring a Cybersecurity Consultant to support client engagements focused on cybersecurity risk assessments, due diligence, and advisory services. The role leads client-facing interviews and workshops, develops engagement scopes and Statements of Work, evaluates cybersecurity posture across identity, endpoint, vulnerability, backup, email, and asset domains, and produces prioritized risk reports and executive recommendations. It also supports incident readiness, tabletop exercises, resilience reviews, proposal development, and repeatable assessment methodologies. The position requires approximately 5–7 years of cybersecurity consulting, advisory, or due diligence experience, strong executive communication and scoping skills, and knowledge of NIST and related frameworks; it is based in the United States or Canada with a hybrid arrangement requiring at least three to four office days per week.
