Description
Datacom is hiring a Cybersecurity DevOps Engineer for a full-time, 12-month fixed-term position open to Australian citizens and residents. The role can be based anywhere in Australia, with Brisbane offices and a flexible team-determined remote or in-person arrangement. The engineer will embed security controls across GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Policy as Code, cloud and on-premises environments, and software supply chains; integrate application security tooling; automate compliance and security assurance; and support DevSecOps adoption. The position requires at least five years of relevant DevOps, DevSecOps, platform, security, or SRE experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong experience with GitHub Actions, IaC, cloud security, application security tooling, and automation.
