Kalles Group is hiring a Senior Application Security Consultant to lead security assessments of internally developed and third-party applications, partner with engineering and product teams, conduct secure design reviews and threat modeling, and use AI-enabled tools and automation to improve assessment efficiency. The role also covers remediation validation, secure design patterns, vulnerability monitoring, and continuous improvement of application security programs. It requires 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, including application security testing, cloud-native application assessment, and security methodology development, along with a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. The position is remote and offers an annual salary of $120,000-$170,000, medical, dental, and vision plans, a 401K match, and paid time off.
