MANTECH is hiring a full-time Cybersecurity Incident Response Analyst in McLean, Virginia, for a fixed 4-day work week with 10-hour shifts on Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat, including openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The role supports 24x7x365 cybersecurity operations and includes incident detection, analysis, investigation, response, mitigation, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and reporting. Candidates need a high school diploma, at least three years of cybersecurity experience, two years of incident response experience, relevant technical knowledge, and the ability to obtain a DoD 8570 IAT-II certification within six months. An active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required, and the projected compensation range is $91,600 to $153,800.
