ISA Cybersecurity is hiring a full-time Cybersecurity Incident Response (IR) Commander to serve as the technical and operational authority for its Digital Forensics & Incident Response function during client engagements. The role leads ransomware, business email compromise, data exfiltration, and complex multi-vector incidents; conducts endpoint, server, network, mobile, and cloud forensics; develops DFIR playbooks and processes; presents evidence and lessons learned; supports presales; and advises executives, boards, regulators, and law enforcement. The position requires extensive incident-response and digital-forensics experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, CISSP, and willingness to participate in 24x7 on-call rotations and obtain a Government of Canada security clearance. The role is remote-first with less than 20% office presence.
