HARMAN is hiring a Cybersecurity Program Manager in Łódź, Poland, to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise cybersecurity initiatives. The individual-contributor role manages cross-functional projects involving infrastructure hardening, security tool deployments, vulnerability remediation, penetration testing, compliance, and security modernization. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, risk and issue management, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and reporting. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least five years of enterprise technology or cybersecurity project management experience, and strong cybersecurity and project management knowledge. It follows a hybrid model with three days per week in the Łódź office and offers an annual gross base salary of zł 225,400–zł 354,200.
