Yopeso is hiring a Cybersecurity Requirements Manager to define, manage, trace, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements across projects and systems. The role covers requirements engineering, cybersecurity process implementation and training, stakeholder collaboration, and alignment with standards such as IEC 62443, NERC CIP, EU Data Act, CRA, and ISO 27001. It requires a relevant IT security, computer science, or electrical engineering degree or comparable experience, expertise in cybersecurity requirements engineering and enterprise processes, knowledge of applicable regulations, and proficiency in German and English.
