Description
The Information Security Administrator/Specialist will provide operational cybersecurity support by configuring, maintaining, monitoring, troubleshooting, and upgrading security systems and infrastructure; implementing security controls, patches, and secure configurations; investigating incidents and vulnerabilities; and collaborating with IT and security stakeholders. The role also involves creating technical documentation, supporting secure IT environments, and applying knowledge of systems, networks, security controls, secure coding, penetration testing, risk analysis, ISO 27000, SANS CIS, and OWASP standards. The profile requires hands-on ICT experience in information security, at least three listed GIAC, (ISC)2, EC-Council, or SABSA certifications, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
