Fortinet is hiring a Cybersecurity Support Engineer in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to provide direct technical support to customers and partners across the APAC region. The role involves troubleshooting Fortinet security products, investigating and resolving issues involving Web Application Firewalls, load balancers, DDoS protection, cloud security, and other products, reproducing customer issues in lab environments, managing parallel issues and SLAs, and collaborating with DevOps teams. Candidates should have knowledge of networking, security protocols, Linux, virtualization or cloud technologies, Wireshark, and basic scripting, along with strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills.
