Description
The Cycle Count Supervisor leads the cycle counting program to maintain inventory accuracy across a facility. The role supervises and schedules cycle count checkers, develops count schedules using ABC classification and business risk, investigates discrepancies, reconciles physical counts with WMS/ERP records, partners with cross-functional teams, tracks inventory KPIs, supports periodic physical audits, and implements process improvements. The position requires at least three years of inventory control, warehouse operations, or materials management experience, one year of supervisory or lead experience, and knowledge of ERP/WMS systems, Excel, data analysis, and cycle-counting methodologies.
