The role performs general and preventive maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, machinery, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, carpentry, masonry, painting, and grounds-related work. Duties include replacing hardware and electrical components, repairing plumbing fixtures, ordering parts, cleaning properties, using hand and power tools and testing devices, following workplace safety procedures, and working indoors and outdoors. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of related experience or vocational/technical training in building or utility trades, a compliant driver's license, U.S. citizenship for military installation access, and the ability to pass drug and background checks and meet physical demands.
