Downer is hiring a Cyclic Patrolperson in Invercargill to conduct programmed road inspections, perform routine maintenance, and respond to emergency events. The role includes pavement repairs, drainage maintenance, vegetation control, and clearing road obstructions, with independent field decision-making and participation in an after-hours callout roster. Applicants need a current Class 2 driver licence, strong health, safety, and environmental practice, communication and reporting skills, and experience in road maintenance, civil construction, or a similar outdoor operational environment is highly regarded.
