Description
The YWCA of Lubbock is hiring a part-time Community Youth Development Program Specialist for 28 hours, with a position expected to start in September 2026. The role supports grant-funded youth development programs by delivering lessons and activities, building relationships with youth and families, managing enrollment and compliance, coordinating guest speakers and mentoring referrals, representing the program at community events, and supporting documentation and grant objectives. The position requires a bachelor's or associate degree in a related field, strong communication and networking skills, flexibility for irregular hours and local travel, a valid driver's license, and successful background and fingerprint checks.
