Description
The CY Program Assistant provides direct care, supervision, curriculum implementation, activity planning, safety, and developmental support for children and youth in a Department of Defense child and youth program. The role includes preparing and maintaining activity areas, supporting children with special needs, communicating with parents and employees, documenting developmental progress, and assisting with program compliance and accreditation. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, complete required training, pass background and drug tests, and provide proof of education; entry-level candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, while intermediate and target-level candidates have additional experience and credential requirements.
