Description
The Child and Youth Services (CYS) Training and Program Manager plans and implements training and professional development programs for children and youth, administers foundation and annual training, evaluates staff competency, manages the program budget, and prepares funding justifications. The role is based at Fort Meade, Maryland, requires a related bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, at least 12 months of child and youth program experience, training experience, and a Monday-through-Friday schedule with early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekend shifts.
