River Edge Behavioral Health is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) for its Specialized Transitional Home in Macon, Georgia. The role supports three to four individuals with intensive needs by implementing behavior support plans, responding to crises, collecting behavioral data, assisting with functional behavior assessments, training home staff, and maintaining documentation. The position offers rotating Sun-Sat shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., requires a high school diploma, RBT certification, at least one year of behavioral health or intellectual and developmental disabilities experience, and computer skills.
