River Edge Behavioral Health is hiring a full-time Clinical Service Coordinator for its Adult Outpatient team in Macon, Georgia. The role conducts behavioral health assessments, develops and monitors treatment and discharge plans, coordinates client transitions, maintains clinical documentation, communicates with community and treatment stakeholders, and connects clients with recovery resources. The position may be provided in person or through telehealth and requires a relevant master’s degree and eligibility for Georgia licensure as an LMSW/LCSW, APC/LPC, or LAMFT/LMFT, with active licensure pursuit required upon hire.
