Description
River Edge Behavioral Health is hiring a Core Case Manager to provide compassionate case management and resource-linkage support to individuals with mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role connects clients and families to community resources, monitors treatment progress, supports housing and independent-living goals, provides referrals and skills training, and makes home visits and client transport. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and requires a bachelor’s degree in a social-service-related field, with prior social-services experience preferred.
