River Edge Behavioral Health is hiring an ICM Case Manager to provide paraprofessional social services to patients, clients, and families across the Bibb County and Baldwin County programs. The role supports treatment planning, crisis intervention, case coordination, supportive counseling, social-service liaison work, and group skills training. It requires a bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field, at least two years of case management experience, professional references, background clearance, and a pre-employment drug screening. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with health, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and other benefits.
