River Edge Behavioral Health is hiring a Direct Support Professional for The Crisis Service and Diagnostic Center in Macon, Georgia. The role provides direct assistance to adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities and concurrent mental health diagnoses during crisis stabilization, including activities of daily living, behavior support, de-escalation, coordination with treatment and nursing teams, documentation, and communication with families and healthcare providers. The position offers rotating 12-hour shifts from Sunday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., and requires a high school diploma, at least two years of behavioral health experience, and good computer skills.
