River Edge Behavioral Health is hiring an IT Data Operations Technician in Macon, Georgia to provide first-level IT support for CCBHC team members. The role includes setting up laptops and computing devices, installing and configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, responding to support requests, and training staff on computer systems. The position requires occasional travel, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, intermediate to advanced Office 365 and PC troubleshooting skills, basic networking knowledge, at least one year of IT or data analyst experience, and a valid driver's license.
