Xerox is hiring a full-time D365 Technical Architect in Kolkata to support Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Services implementations. The role focuses on designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365/Xrm solutions using Azure and integration tools, developing technical designs, driving testing and operational readiness, conducting code reviews, supporting change management and platform releases, and communicating technical findings to executive stakeholders. Candidates need 5–15 years of relevant experience, at least 3 years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related platforms, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
