Description
The Dental Assistant/Registered Dental Assistant supports dentists in primary care, restorative dentistry, and oral surgery by preparing operatories, assisting with treatment, taking and developing dental radiographs, maintaining instruments and supplies, and supporting patient care and records. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, board-approved training in infection control, the Dental Practice Act, radiation safety, and coronal polishing, current BLS certification, and RDA certification for the RDA track. Pay is $22 per hour for the DA track and $23–$25 per hour for the RDA track, with employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
