Description
The Data Analytics role extracts, cleans, and manages data from databases, surveys, customer records, and secondary sources; develops data systems and collection strategies; performs statistical analysis and trend interpretation; creates charts, dashboards, reports, and presentations; and troubleshoots data integration and quality issues. The role requires SQL, relational-database, statistical, and reporting skills, with SAS, SPSS, data mining, and programming experience preferred or desirable.
