Afficiency is hiring a DAC AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered digital solutions for life insurance applications. The role combines full-stack development with generative AI, including prompt engineering, LLM integrations, agentic workflows, RAG, React.js, Python Flask, REST APIs, microservices, databases, cloud, and DevOps. The engineer will build real-time applications for customer experience, underwriting, servicing, claims, agent productivity, knowledge management, and operational efficiency, while collaborating with business, architecture, data, and product teams.
