n8n is hiring a DACH Service Partner Manager to build and scale its Service Partner ecosystem across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role owns partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, certification, pipeline growth, co-selling, regional go-to-market initiatives, and partner feedback. It requires 8+ years of SaaS partnership, business development, alliances, or sales experience, including at least 3 years with services partners as a quota-carrying individual contributor, fluent German and English, DACH market knowledge, and technical familiarity with APIs, integrations, automation workflows, and AI. The role is remote-first, with visa sponsorship available for Germany and existing work authorization required for other countries.
