The role inspects and digitally documents roofs and occasionally building technology, identifies defects and building damage, samples materials for laboratory testing, records inspections and maintenance, trains partner roofing companies on the company app, and contributes to process optimization. It requires a roofing trade qualification, knowledge of flat and pitched roofs, building physics, German roofing regulations, DGUV safety equipment, cost calculation, at least two to three years of professional experience, a Class B driving licence, and frequent travel within Germany.
