DOC Kaas is hiring a Process Operator B in Hoogeveen to operate and monitor dairy production installations from the control room and production floor, adjust processes, resolve mechanical, electrical, and software malfunctions, perform preventive maintenance and quality checks, record production data, and identify process improvements. The role requires technical insight, preferably an MBO level 3 process technology qualification and food-industry operator experience, Dutch proficiency, and willingness to work a five-shift schedule. It is a temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment, offering a gross annual salary of €51,547 to €72,417 and additional allowances and benefits.
