Description
The Dairy Program Coordinator supports the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of The Nature Conservancy’s North America Agriculture Dairy Program. The role combines project coordination, contracting, incentive-payment administration, data management, vendor and budget support, and cross-functional team collaboration. It is a full-time, two-year remote position within the continental United States, with a starting salary of $60,000–$85,000 for candidates employed in the United States. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree and three years of related experience, along with experience in contracting and payments, reporting, project management, business-process improvement, technology, and cross-functional teamwork.
