Encode Inc is hiring a full-time Production Assembly Technician to perform routine manual assembly of structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, aircraft systems, equipment, and accessories. The role is 100% onsite at Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania or Smithfield, Pennsylvania, requires willingness to work any shift, and pays $37.02–$46.44. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of experience reading engineering drawings and specifications, experience in a highly regulated environment, and at least one year of manufacturing experience, including fabrication or assembly of mechanical or electrical systems. The position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance, and includes training, health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
