Seqwater is hiring a permanent full-time Dam Operator to work at Hinze Dam in the Gold Coast, Queensland. The role involves operating water distribution, release, irrigation, treatment, and dam infrastructure activities; conducting surveillance and inspections; coordinating maintenance; and supporting water releases, distribution, flood events, and emergencies. The position requires a Certificate III in Water Industry Operations or equivalent experience, a C Class Driver’s Licence, experience with small plant and equipment, and experience with water-related infrastructure or a similar operational environment. The advertised salary is $74,596.49 to $94,829.13 plus 12.75% superannuation, with rostered weekend and public holiday work, possible on-call requirements, and potential shift allowances.
